DIN 1055-4
Design Loads For Buildings; Imposed Loads; Wind Loads On Structures Unsusceptible To Vibration (FOREIGN STANDARD)
This standard contains regulations for the determination of wind loads as the basis of calculation for stability studies (stability of position, design) of structures and their components, provided that these are unsusceptible to vibration. Structures in which the deformation, taking into account the dynamic effect of wind forces, does not exceed the deformation due to the static wind load by more than 10 % are deemed to be unsusceptible to vibration within the meaning of this standard. This standard gives criteria for differentiating between structures susceptible to vibration and unsusceptible to vibration.*A compendium of aerodynamik coefficients of force and pressure for basic geometrical structures has been reincorporated in this standard as essential part of the regulations.
